COLD THERAPY
Soothe tension headaches, bruises, migraines, hangovers, muscle aches and swelling. fill bag two-thirds full with ice and cold water. securely screw cap on and place on affected area.
HOT THERAPY
Soothe stomach cramps, stiff neck, migraines, sinus & joint pain. Fill bag two-thirds full with warm tap water (NOT HOT or BOILING). securely screw cap on and place on affected area.
Do not ice one area of your body for longer than 20 minutes. Drain & air dry bag prior to storage.
